What is our returns policy?
If you have received the incorrect items or the items you have received are faulty, damaged, or unusable, please email us at email@example.com and we'll either refund the unusable items or send out replacements. We may require visual evidence of what you received so please be prepared to provide our support team with enough information and pictures/videos if requested.
If you are not satisfied with any the effectiveness of our products, you may return them to us within 21 days (3 weeks) of placing your order, providing they are in original, unused, and resalable condition - we cannot accept any returns of used items for hygiene purposes.
We own the right to refuse a return that was damaged by the user or third party (wind, animals, rain, etc.)
The Ranch Fly Trap reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods do not meet our return guidelines mentioned above.
If your return is approved by our support team, we'll forward you the address of our facility in Indiana so you can return your products.
When will I receive my refund?
After our payments team has reviewed your return inquiry, the refund will show up in your account usually between 5 and 10 working days.
How do I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us ASAP if you need to modify or cancel your order. Make sure to provide your order number and modification you would like to make and we'll confirm once the modification has been made. Please note, any orders that have already been packed and shipped cannot be modified, or canceled once it leaves our facility.

- Order number# (This will be on your order confirmation email)
- Video or photos of the faulty product (if applicable)
- Reasons for return
*If 21 days or more have passed since you received the order, we reserve the right to refuse a replacement or refund request.
