What if you have received incorrect or damaged items?
If you have received the incorrect items or the items you have received are faulty, damaged, or unusable, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll either refund the unusable items or send out replacements. We will require visual evidence of what you received so please be prepared to provide our support team with enough information and pictures/videos if requested.
What if you wish to return your items?
We appreciate that due to the living organism element of our products, there are many factors involved in getting the most out of them. Weather, climate, location, insect species & more can all influence your experience, so unfortunately not everybody will be able to trap thousands of flies and keep them off their animals so easily.
For this reason, we offer a full 14-day refund and return policy even if your products have been used. The 14 days begin on the delivery date of your order.
Please note: Our team reserves the right to dismiss a return if our traps were set up incorrectly, or the customer doesn't send photo evidence of the traps so we can diagnose the issue. If the customer refuses to work with our team to get the traps working to their satisfaction, The Ranch Fly Trap may be inclined to refuse the refund request.
Due to the fact that it is impossible to know how well our products will work without setting them up on your property, lots of our returns are products that have been opened and used.
For this reason, we often donate returned items on to animal shelters and large farming organizations that need lots of fly trap cover.
How do I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us ASAP if you need to modify or cancel your order. Make sure to provide your order number and modification you would like to make and we'll confirm once the modification has been made. Please note, any orders that have already been packed and shipped cannot be modified, or canceled once it leaves our facility.
